What is Metapocalypse?

A mediocre show by Brendon Small, largely anticipated because of his genius previous series, Home Movies. It has its funny moments, but it's clearly not as good.
Unimprovised, totally scripted, and completely based on the cornerstone of "Oh, I get it. It's a metal band. Cool!" Needless to say,
Metapocalypse isn't as great as I had hoped. The characters Pickle and Murderface are pretty funny though.
