This quaint town, straight across The Great Columbia River from Portland, Oregon, is the hub of all meth activity in the Northwest, the US, and possibly the entire world. No other place is home to as much meth usage as Vancouver. As a common tourist attraction, meth users can be seen lining every streetcorner, alley, building, and other various structures in Vancouver.
