They wear relaxed clothing, are not concerned with outward appearances. They practice yoga and meditation. Metrospirituals may be vegitarians, prefer organic food, have healthy lifestyle practices and realize the innerconnectivity of all beings and make environmentally friendly choices. Metrospirituals are not affraid to say they are seeking God or a connection to a higher source.
