When some one sets up their engine mods using duct tape and other shit around the house. It is usually done by mexican people because they think there cars are really cool but they are too poor to actually do work on their engine the right way.
1.(fernando is bragging about his engine and how much horse he has and i ask him to pop his hood) I take one look and say "you and got shit but a mexi rig"
2. I left my freind use my intake brackets so i had to mexi rig it to make it work.
