A type of garage sale (usually run by mexicans or some other crappy minority) where the seller can hardly speak English, and the items are either all clothes, all broken, or all crap. And everything is always dirty.
Passenger: Hey, look, a garage sale! Let's stop there.
Driver: No man, that's a mexican garage sale. They're only selling clothes from Walmart.
