What is Mexican Goggles?

the art of placing your testicles into someones eye sockets prefferebly as they sleep or are in some way rendered unconcious.sometimes mistaken as tea bagging. your own testicles can also be substituted with an animals. preferably an old dogs balls.
E.G.--after we spiked the young ladies drink we formed an orderly que to have a photo taken with our testicles placed into her eye sockets giving her mexican goggles
