What is Mexicanitis?

Illness in which one finds themself being in constant need of a siesta. Other symptoms include patient repeatedly saying "so tired, so sleepy..." as well as foul body odour.

John contracted Mexicanitis while on vacation to Puerto Vallarta. He missed his flight home.
