What is Mexicle?

A mexican popsicle that tastes absolutely horrible. Usually consists of some red, disgusting substance (e.g. Lucas) and is half salt. A Mexican's attempt at making a summer treat.

"That Mexicle tasted so bad, I just tossed it at the guy next to me."
