What is Mexiplex?

A housing complex with multiple families living on a property meant for a single family. Can consist of "back houses," garage conversions, single room structures with access to shared common areas such as bathrooms and kitchens, and stationary recreational vehicles.
There's always a million cars in the driveway at Jose's house. He totally lives in a mexiplex.
