Similiar to "beer googles" except as it relates to Mezcal or Tequila. Being so intoxicated on tequila that you make poor choices as to whom you become amorous with.
I was so mezcalmyopic that I took that ugly cougar home and had sex with her. When I sobered up I threw up in my mouth a little because of my poor judgement.
