A type of beard that runs only along the bottom of the jawline. It does not have a mustache or sideburns.
Amish Joe shaved off his sideburns and now he has a Mezensky.

It's like a goatee with wings. A chin beard that runs along the chin to the end of the jaw line. No mustache, no sideburns.
