What is Mezzofinook?

From Italian meaning "half gay" or bisexual. "Mezzo" meaning half and " finook" (also known as " fanook") being the derogatory term for a homosexual. Also could be used as an insult for someone who is weak, such as a substitution for a sissy or pansy.
