MFFF or any variation of the acronym is a shorthand method of notating a pornographic genre where there is only one male and multiple females. The total amount of F’s in the acronym should match the total amount of female actresses there are in the video.
MFF would mean one male, and two females
MFFFF would mean one male, and four females
