What is Mhetto?

The mhetto is the Mexican ghetto. It is generally marked by it's brightly-painted yellow and blue homes surrounded by spikey metal fences, numerous tank-sized lunch wagons, and Chevy's in the front yard. Inhabitants include folks doing jobs others used to do, and gangs with illegible but well-advertised names.
"They got the best tamales ever in that restaurant on 4th Sreet down in the mhetto."
