What is Michaelin?

A large bulbous pustule, usually brought on by excessive drinking and/or grinding. Once popped, it becomes a Tosh, defined as a large gaping sore that is unwanted and generally moody.
Ewwww, that girl had SUCH a big Michaelin. even when it toshed it was still gross.
