The 49th govenor general(2005-current 2009) of Canada 27th since Confederation, appointed by Queen Elizabeth II on the recomendation of Prime Minister Paul Martin. All in all she has the ultimate power in the government, but none at all. She is a refugee from Hati, and one of the few women to hold this position. Before this she was a journalist.

Person 2- Michaëlle Jean signed it, but really she had no choice, if she didn't she would be out a job and the public would be mad.
