A tiny little shithole of a town, consisting mainly of ghettos with a massive steel mill at it's center with no real infrastructure to speak of where the lowest forms of life in SW Ohio come to bitch about their miserable excuse of a life.
Person 1: Dude, wanna go hang in Middletown, Ohio tonight?
