A word used to describe the emotion caused by finding that a word that one has thought to be a unique discovery is in fact already in use. The use can be the word itself or that the specific meaning has a term that already defines it.
The other day I created the word Flamistic to express how I felt about my purchase of a new video game. However I found that the word happy is used to describe this feeling, I felt very miimo about the whole thing.
