A form of torture, akin to water-boarding, where a parent is subjected to incessant playing of either the Meet Miley Cyrus Album or Hannah Montana's Best of Both Worlds.
In response to any question asked of her, Candace only squeaks, "Everybody makes mistakes. Everybody has those days. Everybody knows, what, what I'm talkin' 'bout, everybody gets that way."
