What is Milf-rattler?

A golf term used to describe a shot hit out of bounds where there are houses. (Presumably containing milfs whose wealthy husbands are working to pay for the house on the golf course.)
"Looks like you hit a milf-rattler Dude, that shot definitely hit a house."
