What is Milgo?

Created by David Bernstein, Milgo is a term used widely by teenagers, specifically teens in low-income urban developments, or "projects". It is used to express something that is unfair or boring. Mostly negros, or "hardcore" teens use this term. The word is closely related to "lame".
