Militant Hippi is all about the peace and love, but don't push, they will push back. The idea of 'Militant Hippi' comes from a former soldier trained as a paratrooper who left his homeland and became an Expatin Taiwan. Soon after, his talents as a musician and performer blossomed and the band and its politics were born. One may be a Peace Loving, bead wearing, Pacifist that calls him/herself a Hippie but then there is the Hippi who won't be bullied by fascists that run the government. This is the Militant Hippi.
