"Mother I'd Like (to) Kiss"
A female parent of anyone other than onesself, be she biological, in-law, adoptive or step, bearing such physical or charismatic characteristics that allure one to want to get next to and for sure make out with, but not such that one would want to get all up in that. A posterior disproportionately larger than an anterior, mitigated but not overcome by a hot face, is often the source of this dichotomy. Still, she's hot for a mom.
Tim: "Dude, J.B.'s Moms got lovely lips for out-makin', but that behind got to stay wrapped up.
Stephen: "Yup. She's a total M.I.L.K."

Mom I'd like to kiss. It refers to a less vulgar way of admiring a mother, preferably not your own, cuz still its just wrong, unless you make it clear that its a kiss on the cheek. Even so, M.I.L.K. is a child-friendly word that describes your feelings for one of your friend's mothers, who hooks you up with some tasty finger-lickins when you come over.
