Refers to a pregnant woman's enlarging mamory glands - specifically those of one of the many waif-like Hollywood starlettes that doesn't really look pregnant until tell tale signs appear.
She didn't even look pregnant - she just looked like her stomach swelled from gas and she didn't get enough sleep - that is until the milk rack showed up during her last tri-mester.
