What is Millenium Nutsack?

An expression whose notoriety is far exceeded by that of its popular rejection. Inspired, but not propelled into common parlance by, its own absurdity, the phrase has sputtered in search of meaning. Early speculation offered the literal interpretation of "4000 testes," and so suggested reference to things hyper-masculine. This interpretation was unfounded, however. At present, the phrase is often used to signify little more than its own sound, and the foolhardy attachment of its orators. If anything, the phrase says "cool" and "I'm weird slash trying too hard."
