a person who is a min is a hopeless case. min can be used in a similiar manner to the word 'dud'.
also used in the phrase 'min that', followed by a backwards high-five with the back of the hand, used to acknowledge an embarrassing, awkward, or stupid moment, usually at the expense of another person.
example 1:
person a: "look, that guy's asleep in class"
person b: "what a min!"
example 2:
person a: "let's play TOIN COSS on our sweet ti-84s instead of studying maths"
