A sporadic, random and unintended remark discharged orally as a result of the mind's need to facilitate a release of bottled up thoughts.
Her proclamation was a mindfart and made no sense whatsoever.

A long and drawn out version of something simple.
We did one problem for four hours, when I had the answer at the beginning. It was a total mindfart.
