someone who wishes they were a skank. someone who will try to come off as scandalous, but in the end, wont go all the way. in other words, a wannabe ho.
Konica and Maren wish they were major league skanks, but since they never put out, at the end of the day, they aint nothin but a couple of minor league skanks.
