Minority Tornado Edit Meaning

An area such as a blacktop, gymnasium, or club, consisting only of minorities (social or racial) or wannabes that combine to form a huge mass that may or may not rotate around a focal point (such as a D.J. or stripper).

Depending on the size of such a mass it can be classified using the category system. Cat. 1 is used for least amount of people and/or destruction and Cat. 5 is used to describe a huge amount of minorities and/or full scale destruction.

Kid: Hey, you wanna go play basketball?

Kid2: No thanks man, the last I heard there was a Category 3 Minority Tornado over there. I wouldn't want to get caught in that...
