while a merely foxy lady may be found wearing fishnets and a long red scarf, a minxy lady will be found in similar attire, except reading a questionable book called "helltown" to homeless cowboys outside of a mysterious coffee-bar. *cough cough* epoch. minxy also implies not getting enough sleep, not getting enough sex, and not getting enough romance, yet a true minx will appear to be getting too much of all three.
sometimes men can be minxy. but THAT means they are actually skeevy. minxy men wear leather.
