A MIPH is a person you work with that thinks they are way more important than they actually are. This over valuing of one's contribution is often accompanied by an enormous ego, very low self esteem, hypersensitivity to criticism and an innate ability to claim the most credit while putting in the lease amount of effort.
The term MIPH is an acronym for "Most Importat Person Here".
Eric was furious his boss was questioning him, doesn't she under stand that he is the MIPH and is above the questions of mere mortals?
