the right you have when yor are arested a police officer (5.0, one time, fuzz, heat, po pos) read to you. they were made when a man named miranda was arrested and he pleaded that he didnt know he didnt have to talk to the police( that he had the right to remain silent) so he was found inocent
here are the miranda rights
"You have the right to remain silent. If you give up that right, anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney and to have an attorney present during questioning. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be provided to you at no cost.
