What is Mirk Out?

Used primarily in New Jersey and Delaware- to hear something one does not approve and in turn, go completely and utterly mad. Obscene gestures, use of weapons, and quick, frantic behavior are common signs of someone who has "mirked out"
Stefan: "Dude, seriously shut the fuck up about it... it's a stupid question!"
