What is Mlum?

An expression created by some friends on a trip to Spain when they had far too time on their hands. It is used in quick succession to annoy anyone attempting to hold a conversation with you. When brought back to England it quickly grew in popularity, at one point even warranting a wikipedia article. This was then taken down for being random and irrelevant.
We hate wikipedia.
Normal Person- "Hey man, how are you?'
Mlum User- "Mlum"
Normal Person-"WTF? Mlum?"
