What is Mmmqaaa?

A term usually used in dialog for agreement or as a greeting. If you stopped listening to what person have to say,you pause and make a doll face then when he/she asks you :Are you even listening?,you say MMMQAAA.
Sadly this term is only used in Finland,but i got a feeling that it will spread !
pronunciation : MMMQAAABA , q is pronounced as gu , also optional u added : MMMQUAABA.
Usually lazy people write mq or mqq .
