In conversation, to acquiesce to another's incorrect assumption about your meaning or intention, usually in a despairing or ironic way.

Ricky mocquiesces to George's paranoia in the following scene from Glengarry Glen Ross:

RICKY: ... How are you...?

GEORGE: I'm fine.... What, do you mean the board? How am I doing on the board?

RICKY: (raising his hands slightly and looking around at the board, then back at George) Okay... The board.

GEORGE: I'm fucked on the board!...
