What is Mod's Law?

Mod's law states that when the Moderator responds to a post, they will reply to the irrelevant part of the post, and ignore the relevant portion.
Customer says:
Speaking of programmers, any chance that they're working on getting team play fixed, adding side pot values, blocking chat during all-ins, or anything else relevant to the game?
Mod's answers:
It not that big of a deal to know about moores law, i guess you could say its common knowlegde.
