What is Modwolves?

Taken from the cult BBC comedy show The Mighty Boosh, the term 'Modwolves' is a collective name for the elite members of the first and foremost Boosh fan club.
The Modwolves are an illusive bunch, who mostly hangs around like Camden leisure pirates in sharp suits and cow boy boots.
They may recognise another member of the clan by a special wolf patch with which we adorn our bags.
Person 1: Did you see that girl over there? I think she might like the Boosh...
Person 2: Oh my god she's a Modwolve! Part of the Modwolves thing. Where can I get cool stuff like she's got??!?
