A sneaky underhanded act, perpetrated by someone to undermine another, when a quick word to the victim would have got the job done. Mollarting can often result in offence being taken by the person being Mollarted, and an atmosphere of tension being created.

He went the wrong way about getting that done, he's only gone and done a Mollart!!
