What is Monbulk?

Town in which every resident originates from the same grandparents, enjoys growing tulips and other flowers and is stupid and Dutch. also really bad school that can't afford anything except it's volleyball program which drains the money from it's $2 per annum budget.
kid 1: hey what school do you go to?
kid 2: monbulk college.
kid 1: ohh.. i don't think we should hang out anymore...
kid 1: 3793!
kid 2: what does that mean?
kid 1: i don't know, i heard some bogan yell it out in this shit town i went through on the weekend. good chicken though...
