When someone, such as your parents or friends, are looking at your monitor while you're doing something secretive (eg. talking to a boy/girl you like, watching porn, etc.)
(Patrick is currently chatting to a girl he likes while his Dad is looking at his computer screen to see what they're saying)
Patrick: Dad what are you doing?
