A noun used to describe a person, not necessarily Chinese, that has a lot of success, wealth or luck. These people are referred to as lucky sonuvabitches that create jealousy with his or her friends.
Damn! That guy is rolling in the dough at the slot machine. He is a money spittin' chink!
