The act of using monetary units to aid in masturbation. Most commonly used by investors, lawyers, and large corporation owners. Any bill may be used but most people who give themselves or recieve money jobs say that $100s feel the best. "$100s can be spent on anything, and the fact that you can whip one out to pay for something really cheap or for a moneyjob just makes me feel sexy," says one heavy moneyjobber.
