Dropping a load ( deuce) either in your hand or on the ground then flinging it at those around you. Best if flung at unsuspecting spectators. Also, a term used to describe a messy situation or a clusterfuck. Bonus credfor performing the act over merely using the term.

That meeting was the biggest monkey deuce I've ever seen.
