A moderator on a forum, generally an anime forum, who is a complete jackass. Usually bans people for no reason, and starts flame wars because his/her opinions were disagreed with.

This word came about on the AnimeNation forums, which has a moderator known as Bernard Monsha, who constantly bans people, causes flame wars, and locks topics, for very light reasons.

"Oh, dude, that guy banned you? He's a total Monsha."
