1) A state or inclination to be a lovely program coordinator.
2) Excessive to the point of where one forgets his name at a party.
1) Joey Jar Jar Binks takes pride in his position and is always such a montpas when dealing with people at work.
2) He told me he knew my name, but couldn't even remember his own; what a montpas!
