When two men reach toward each other as though to shake hands and then begin to pull on each other's respective members aggressively as though they were shaking hands.
Within moments of meeting each other, Johnson and Smith had a Montreal Handshake, as in they "shook" each other's "hand." And when I say that, I mean they "shook" each other's wanker.
