What is Moojing?

The act of continuously tormenting a single person in your neighborhood by knocking at their door in the middle of the night very loudly.
The "mooj" part comes from writing a letter to the victim saying that you won't stop knocking at their door until they do something for you.
Me and Joe were moojing Mr. Davis last night and he called the rent-a-cops on us.
Example letter:
Dear Mr. -insert name-,
We will not stop knocking at your door until you speed around the neighborhood at 90 miles an hour
