Phrase often said when bordom calls upon we. Used only with strong energy through vocals. Victims often think you are trying to ingest their ear lobe when being executed.
You can walk up to one of your friends for absolutely no reason (preferably when it is quiet in the room or area) and say the phrase "moose ha" in the ear while showing a little bit of aggression.
