What is Mother Magpie?

The "mothern hen" of every group of friends. This person can be nice to have around (takes care of cleaning up vomit, helps organize events, encourages daily bathing). However this person can also be a nuisance. Thus, "Mother Magpie" is truly a word with double meaning.
